Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We only use cookies that aren’t strictly necessary if you agree to them. Change your choices at any time: Cookie settings.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• lf_cookie_consent: remembers your cookie choices. Kept for 6 months.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot. Set only on the enquiry form.

We also keep where you came from (for example an advert’s campaign tag) in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. It is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry.

Analytics (only with your consent)

None are in use yet. If we add any, they will be listed here before they are switched on.

Marketing (only with your consent)

• Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc): tells Meta when an enquiry or booking came from one of its adverts, so we can measure and improve our ads. Kept for up to 90 days. It only loads if you accept marketing cookies.

If you accept marketing cookies and then send an enquiry or book a call, our server also tells Meta about it directly (Meta’s Conversions API), so the result is counted even if your browser blocks the Pixel. We send your email address, mobile number and name only in scrambled (hashed) form, plus the advert click details above, your IP address and browser type. If you reject marketing cookies, nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
